We’re in a classic village house, right in the heart of Rubite’s urban center, nestled between Granada’s Alpujarra region and its stunning coastline.
The house consists of three floors. On the ground floor, completely renovated, access is through a cobbled street with spectacular views towards the coast of Granada. Although in the photos and videos it appears full of belongings, this floor has a rectangular room with new flooring, walls, and ceilings, as well as electricity and plumbing. It is topped with a fireplace and a space where you can access the upper floor (although the stairs still need to be built).
The upper floor is accessed from the back street of the house. This floor is unfinished and needs to be completed, offering the possibility of finishing two bedrooms, one of them with a terrace with spectacular views.
Finally, there is another top floor with a room and a large spacious terrace, where undoubtedly the views are even more beautiful. This floor, like the previous one, is unfinished and would need to be finished and customized to the new owner’s taste.
