Description
Splendid house located in the heart of the charming village of La Peza, right in front of the imposing church. La Peza, a locality in the western part of the Guadix region in the province of Granada, boasts a unique geological heritage in the world. It emerged as an ancient Roman hill fort, hence its name “lápice” (stone), upon which the medieval fortress was erected, tasked with safeguarding the ancient Guadix to Granada road through the Sierra de Huétor. This place delights with its exquisite gastronomy, hiking trails, festivities inspired by the War of Independence, and its proximity to the Francisco Abellán reservoir.
The house is spread over several floors. On the ground floor, there is a premises housing a cozy bar, adorned with fine wooden details. Currently operational, it offers an opportunity to exploit it upon acquiring the property or renting it out, thus ensuring a stable monthly income. From the bar, a spiral staircase leads us to a lounge on the upper floor, which can be integrated with the bar or kept separate.
On the upper floor, we find a complete apartment with high-quality finishes, luxury furniture, and Macael marble. Additionally, on this level, there is another fully equipped apartment ready to be inhabited, currently used as guest accommodation. Finally, at the top, there is a large rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic views.
