Description
Charming house located in the picturesque village of La Alquería, in the province of Granada. This village is one of the most representative in the Huéscar region, known for its tranquility, hospitality, and natural surroundings, offering magnificent hiking trails and exceptional scenery. It’s no wonder that many friends from other countries choose this place to establish their second residence, as evidenced by the nearby British colony.
The property in question is of typical regional style, being a cave or terraced house. These constructions, in addition to enduring over time, function as bioclimatic homes, providing a warmer atmosphere in winter and thermal insulation in summer.
The house has a surface area of 100m² distributed on one floor. Upon entering, we are greeted by a private square with breathtaking views of the landscape and the village. Through a characteristic double-door, we access a foyer with air conditioning. To the left, we find a cozy living room with fireplace and two cupboards. Continuing, there are two bedrooms and a laundry room before reaching the bathroom with window and bathtub. Returning to the foyer, in front, we find two more bedrooms and a pantry. To the right of the entrance is the kitchen with window and another fireplace, along with ample additional space. From the kitchen, there is access to the old corrals or cellar and a garden with beautiful views.
Descending a few meters from the cave, we find a lagoon with ducks that gives it a special charm, as seen in the photograph.
